Welcome to The Karpos Dining Club ("Karpos," "we," "our," or "us"). By joining The Karpos Dining Club, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The Karpos Dining Club provides members with exclusive dining experiences, special offers, and access to curated events. Our platform operates from Spain, but our future business registration location remains subject to change. These Terms govern participation in The Karpos Dining Club and apply to all members.

2. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment
Membership in The Karpos Dining Club is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By joining, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Karpos reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate memberships at its discretion.

3. Membership Benefits & Responsibilities
As a member of The Karpos Dining Club, you will be grouped with others who share similar dining interests. The Club is a free service that facilitates the creation of WhatsApp groups, provides restaurant recommendations based on your preferences, and fosters connections between members. Membership perks may change over time at Karpos' sole discretion, including exclusive access to restaurants, opportunities to dine with industry insiders, and discounts at partner establishments. Membership does not include the cost of meals—participants are responsible for their own expenses. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully at all Karpos events and adhere to any event-specific rules, as outlined in Section 5 - Event Participation & Conduct.

4. Payments & Renewals
At this time, there are no membership fees for joining. However, if a membership fee is introduced, members will be informed before joining or provided with at least 30 days' notice before enforcement. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal policies (if applicable) will be clearly outlined prior to payment. Karpos reserves the right to adjust pricing, benefits, or membership structures at any time with reasonable notice to members.

5. Event Participation & Conduct
Members attending Karpos Dining Club events are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Karpos reserves the right to deny access to or remove individuals from events for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment (physical, verbal, or sexual), excessive intoxication, or disruptive conduct.

6. Privacy & Data Use
By joining The Karpos Dining Club, you consent to Karpos processing your personal data. We do not sell personal data to third parties but may share limited information with partners to provide membership benefits. If you wish to withdraw consent or request the deletion of your data, you may contact us at aryeris@thekarpos.com.

7. Cancellation & Termination
You may leave The Karpos Dining Club or cancel your membership at any time by contacting Karpos through our website or by emailing aryeris@thekarpos.com. If applicable, refunds will be issued only in accordance with a stated refund policy. Upon cancellation, access to all membership benefits, including WhatsApp groups and event invitations, will be revoked within seven days. Karpos reserves the right to terminate memberships that violate these Terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the community.

8. Liability & Disclaimers
Karpos is not responsible for the quality of dining experiences or services provided by third-party partners. Membership does not guarantee availability for events or offers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karpos disclaims liability for any damages arising from participation in The Karpos Dining Club. Karpos is solely responsible for organizing groups based on shared dining interests and is not liable for behavior conducted at dinners or on communication channels outside thekarpos.com domain. However, Karpos is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive community. If any Karpos representative identifies or becomes aware of inappropriate behavior, appropriate action will be taken, including reporting to authorities when necessary. In case of an emergency, members should contact their local emergency hotline directly.

Members participate in The Karpos Dining Club and its activities at their own risk. Karpos is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in member-organized gatherings or third-party services.

9. Amendments & Updates
Karpos reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via platform announcements or email notifications (if applicable). Continued participation in the Dining Club after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain unless otherwise required by applicable law.
